Identity and contact data are processed to receive and answer enquiries, communicate about project or consultancy processes, manage relationships, protect system and form security, evidence consent choices and meet legal obligations.
3. Transfers and recipient groups
Data may be transferred, only as necessary, to hosting and email providers, IT and security vendors, legal/financial advisers and competent authorities. Transfers follow the conditions and safeguards in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.
4. Collection methods and legal basis
Data is collected automatically or partly automatically through the contact form, cookie preference tool, email, telephone and system logs. Processing relies on contract steps, legal obligations, establishment or protection of rights, legitimate interests and consent for activities that require it. Send a request containing information sufficient to verify your identity and details of your request to info@beproproje.com or in writing to the controller’s address above. Requests are normally answered free of charge within thirty days; an official tariff may apply if additional cost arises.
